They are *super* family friendly. We have no qualms about bringing our newborn here. It's family run/family owned. Still our favorite place in the area. We always order a side of homemade pickle and masala chai to accompany dessert.

Great food and service. I called at the last minute, and they were still able to accommodate my carry-out order.

Their chicken tikka masala was unlike any other chicken tikka masala I've ever eaten. It was less creamy, and more tomato-eey, but in a good way. The basamati rice was outstanding. I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area, esp to try their lunch buffet!

This place has the best Indian food in the whole St. Louis area. I have rarely had better curry in large cities with bigger restaurants. It's a whole in the wall family owned joint but the food is to die for. I have noted in some reviews that people weren't happy with sizes and I don't understand that since the times we've gone we've always had extra to take home.

The server is attentive, if a bit slow at times since it's usually just the one in the small store (a completely understandable reason, it's not easy to run even a small place with only one server!). Not even a problem if you take their option of just having the food as Take Out and getting 10% off your meal total. I adored this place and always look forward to it as a option when going out with family or friends.

The vindaloo chicken was amazing, and my husband greatly enjoyed his lamb tandori. Worth every bite and every penny. I'd support this place anytime. Just writing out this review makes my mouth water in memory - I'll certainly be back to this place. A diamond in the rough in this area of Illinois!
